This 15.3 cu. in. ceiling fan brace simplifies safe installation of your fan or lighting fixture without attic access. Suitable for new or remodel projects, it fits through a 4 in. hole in finished ceilings. Compatible with all fans, it securely locks into ceiling joists with multiple teeth, adjusts quickly with a threaded twin-lead screw, and offers easy turning with a hex tube. The electrical box can be placed anywhere on the brace for flexibility. Works with ceiling joists between 16 in. and 24 in. wide. Includes installation instructions and is UL listed to support fixtures up to 150 lbs. on 16 in. centers and 50 lbs. on 24 in. centers; supports fans up to 70 lbs.
